The staff were very attentive during the night shift. The room I booked was always clean and well-equipped, with a microwave, tea/coffee making facilities, and a refrigerator available.

Spent here 4 nice days and would definitely go again. Generally, the place was pleasant and had very good and courteous staff in the night shift. The breakfast was hot and good for ordinary meal, and served in the café.
The room had quite bad views.

Luxurious and overall clean place to stay in, it has especially helpful and very friendly stuff who does exceptional service. The units where well-equipped exactly like in photos.

Magnificent setting right by retail shops, shopping mall, and the KLCC Suria shopping centre. Responsive staff, free wake up service and ironing available. - Tasty food in the café for breakfast. - Early check-in and very good service. - Real good stay, as always
